Waking Up in Vegas

This weekend I'm heading to Vegas with some of my favorites for a quick, 36 hour trip that couldn't have come at a better time. Because planning for a getaway has never been one of my better qualities, I’m forced to shop my own closet and bathroom for the Vegas necessities. Luckily, the only thing I don't have on standby is the sequin Marciano bra I took when I was 20…(so thankful that phase in my life is over). With summer around the corner, it's a packing list Angelenos should keep on hand. Here's what I'm taking:

1. MAC Candy Yum-Yum Lipstick: It's long-lasting and my latest beauty obsession. 2. T by Alexander Wang Tank: The perfect staple to throw on for breakfast and the flight home. 3. Graf & Lantz Duffel Bag: Something chic to carry the necessities in without monograms. 4. Makeup Remover Pads: When washing your makeup off at 4am is not an option. 5. H&M Bikini: The pools just opened! 6. AGAIN Corvette Dress: Need a tiny dress. Bodycon, sequins, cut-outs…pick your poison. 7. Miu Miu Sunnies: No matter where you are Sunday morning in Vegas, it is too bright. 8. Kentucky Basketball Tee: It's tournament weekend, my boys are playing, and I'll be watching. 9. iPod Touch: For the Lil Wayne and Miley fix. 10. Oscar Blandi Dry Shampoo: After a long day at the pool, the locks are dirty & motivation is low. 11. Topshop Platform Sandals: Flats in Vegas are only appropriate at Starbucks and Tao Beach.
