Zara is having another moment in my closet, seriously killing it right now. I cannot be trusted in that store and this outfit is the result of a day of shopping for clients. While I’ve gotten better about personal shopping on the job (dusting my shoulders off) I’ve perfected the mental wish list and I had to go back for this detailed crop top-which seems to have since sold out (at least in my hood and online). My #ootd has a tendency to be all black everything so it’s nice that Zara is doing whites, nudes, pale pinks, light blues and ten thousand combinations thereof that actually have me excited. There is nothing cleaner and more welcoming of spring than this color palette and it has actually inspired me to step out of the dreary winter funk I am usually quite content in. Of course my favorite partner for a crop top is a high waist and to stay with the ladylike look, I lost my 15-year-old piercing for the day. *Tip for Zara shopping: The outfit turnover there is ridic so don’t pass up something you like in lieu of “thinking about it” because I assure you, it will be gone by the time you’ve made up your mind.

Another thing that has me feeling and looking like I’ve been breathing in summer air? Infinity Sun. Yes friends, I am the newest passenger on the spray tan bandwagon. More on that next week...
