All Day I Dream About…

I’ve always been one to throw on a pair of Toms or Converse with a mini skirt to get through a busy day of shopping or up-and-down set shenanigans but recently I’ve been more into bonafide, high-top, street sneakers (I think it all started with a Juicy J lyric). And in true bridesmaid fashion, why not use a comfy kick to add some edge to an otherwise dressy look? I love this Naven maxi that I borrowed from The Stylist LA because it has the sheer skirt that long black dresses need for depth. Though I’m playing with hangers and prosecco on my ghost chair at home in these photos, I would absolutely wear this contradicting look to almost any LA event with one of my favorite bomber jackets. Of course, a sky-high heel makes this look black-tie appropriate for all those holiday parties you have coming up. Double whammy friends.
