Some days it takes less work to throw on a fitted dress and brush your hair than to layer up in separates, it also happens to lead to a more put-together version of yourself. This dress by Bar III came straight off the racks at America’s favorite department store and all it takes to feel a little brighter about life is the zip-up process. Some dresses just have the power to make you stand a little taller and strut with a bit more confidence; perhaps it’s the fitted waist because this one’s got it. I am kind of dying over the color combo because while a bright coral adds a great highlight, the navy hem has a way of toning down the girly-ness. I could have easily thrown on my navy pumps to pull out the dress’ dark side and make it winter-weather-appropriate, but why would I do that when I have chartreuse heels on the shoe shelf?
