Lazy Daisy
2016 has clearly become THE YEAR of athleisurewear and this girl’s feet have never felt more alive. My career of choice has brought with it the constant struggle of “How can I wear something cute and still be efficient?” Heels and a skirt are rarely an option. So, when I am able to get dressed in moto leggings, a cropped sweater and comfortable sneakers and still look like I put in effort, that’s what someone once called a win-win. Over the last year especially, workout clothes have vastly improved in the style category with an upgrade from basic logo pants and tees (with great sweat wicking qualities…we get it) to textured, paneled and wait, is that mesh? I’ve gone from wearing workout clothes during the day to simply shed layers when I get to the gym to throwing on my favorite Beyond Yoga sweater with a leather jacket and going straight to dinner and drinks. I’ve become somewhat of a pro and athleisurewear snob (ask anyone who’s tried to buy workout clothes for me) and these are some of the on-the-go pieces I am currently coveting.
